Western Union, the world leader in remittances had a problem. While its services were ubiquitous, its brand message was fragmented and inconsistent from market to market. As it watched global human migratory trends on the upswing, WU turned to us to create a singular brand message. The ask? Make it clear and optimistic. The trick? It had to work in over 70 languages. Simple. The campaign ran, from film to in-store signage, in over 200 countries around the world. Even a few year later, it’s still has a presence in some markets.
